Requirements

  • Missouri Trainee, Licensed, or Certified Residential Appraiser

  • Active Missouri Real Estate license preferred

  • Strong knowledge of USPAP and residential valuation standards

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-conscious

  • Geographic competence in St. Charles County and surrounding areas
